When you choose to purchase from UMAH Living, we would encourage you to understand the following Terms and Conditions.  Please read carefully before purchasing.  By using this website you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions.  Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, without prior notice.



UMAH Living does not offer an exchange or return of goods for change of mind, so please shop mindfully. Please feel free to contact us at orders@umahliving.com if you have any questions or queries relating to a particular product you are interested in purchasing.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to UMAH Living within 24 hours from receipt of parcel to orders@umahliving.com Please include an image depicting the damage/fault, your name, order number and contact details.

Once your email has been reviewed, and we are satisfied that an error was made in the consignment of the product purchased or that a fault occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, we will contact you and where applicable, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available we will offer a credit note or exchange. Where UMAH Living is at fault, UMAH Living will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to UMAH Living and for dispatching the replacement item to you.

Items being returned must be sent back to UMAH Living within 7 days of receipt of order, in original and unused condition. UMAH Living will not be liable for items damaged in return transit due to inappropriate packaging on your behalf.

Prices expressed on the UMAH Living website are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). All orders will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) 

If you are purchasing outside of Indonesia or using a credit card in a currency other then Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) amount will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rate. If you are unsure please contact your bank/credit card provider for their terms and conditions.

UMAH Living reserves the right to change prices of items advertised on our website, without notice. We will honour the price of a purchase already in process.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. All goods remain the property of UMAH Living until payment is received in full.



Cancellations and changes to orders can only be made prior to payment being made. We do not issue refunds. Order cancellations that are made after receipt of payment will incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have been dispatched.



Promotions and Discount Codes are issued at the discretion of UMAH Living. We reserve the right to cancel an order which we believe has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offers and Discount Codes are able be used once per transaction, unless otherwise specified. Promotions and Discount Codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.



We aim to ensure that information relating to inventory levels on our website is up to date and correct. If an error does occur regarding quantities available for purchase, please accept our apologies.We reserve the right to make changes to product availability and quantities at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to fulfil due to incorrect inventory levels. If this does occur we will process a full refund of your order. If you would like information, and or, future availability time frames on a particular product that is currently out of stock, please contact us at orders@umahliving.com 



Photographs of our products are as accurate as photographic processes allow us. Please note that colours that are displayed on your monitor may vary slightly to the original product.

All products displayed on our website are artisan, and or, handmade. There may be slight flaws, imperfections, and or, minor size, aesthetic and colour variances. We believe any potential imperfections add the value of character, uniqueness and beauty to our range of products. UMAH Living does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on this, the UMAH Living website.  While we strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing.

UMAH Living, its employees, agents, contractors or any associated persons are not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way, related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website.  This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

UMAH Living reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice.



The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout via Indocolite and all orders are dispatched from the Umah Living head office in Bali. Once your order has been dispatched to you, we will send you notification via email which will include tracking information.  Please be mindful, that the customer is responsible for tracking their own parcel.  Failure to collect your parcel from your local postal outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will be required to cover the cost of re-posting your parcel to you.  All parcels will require a signature on delivery.  When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended, you acknowledge that UMAH Living and their representatives will not be liable in any way for loss or damage of the parcel.  If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault e.g. incorrect address details provided to us, UMAH LIVING will not be liable for re-postage of your order.  If you wish to have your parcel re-delivered you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Unless noted, UMAH Living ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any cancellation or delay of your order. During periods of increased orders, dispatch times may be longer than usual. UMAH Living does not guarantee any delivery time frames quoted.



Any taxes, duties, fees or customs delays incurred on arrival of an International order will be the responsibility of the customer. Duties, taxes and fees are NOT included in the pricing of our product or in shipping fees quoted.  Please check with your relevant country (or port) for specific customs/import legislation.
